Grey Su Chong Tang Plate - Small
Named after Vietnamese noodles topped with plenty of coriander, the "Su Chong Tang" range is well suited for presenting Asian foods. Made of blended rough earthen clay in red and yellow, this bowl brings the rough and granular texture including rustic bigger iron in powder and pinholes.
The surface looks glossy because of the application of a natural grey gloss glaze. This rough and glossy-textured combination is unique, making the plate and the food look exotic, bringing out bright colours of the ingredients. Moreover, it is lightweight and thin, which is uncommon to earthenware. It also suits Japanese or western foods, creating a nice fusion style.
