White-Glove Delivery: For larger items such as furniture, it could take up to 2 weeks from the time of order to arrange with a third party carrier. we will work closely with you on setting up delivery dates to ensure your shipment gets to you safely.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and availability of stock.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the items you’re ordering. The cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
For large or bulky furniture items, a separate shipping quote will need to be obtained through a third party carrier. please inquire directly with us to get a final quote. expect up to 20-25% of your total purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the progress of your delivery. For White-Glove deliveries, our team will coordinate with you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take extra care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and services, including custom designs, specialty orders, and antiques— we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been purchased. We ask that you carefully consider and review your selection before completing your purchase.
